Fiona has over 20 years’ experience working in people and change. She’s worked in a range of sectors including public sector (police, health, civil service), banking, technology, retail, FMCG and more.
Fiona’s roles have always focused on people and how to help improve people’s effectiveness as leaders. This included 10 years at BT as a senior leadership consultant.
Fiona in an ICF certified coach and holds a MA in Personnel and Development.
Outside of work, Fiona loves spending time outside whether that’s walking her dog, running, playing tennis or watching her daughters play football. She is also trying to become a better cook.
