Microsoft 365 Trainer & Content Creator
Location: Flexible (hybrid role – remote with client visits)
Hours: Full-time or part-time (open to discussion)
The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can combine technical expertise with creativity and communication skills. This role blends training delivery with content creation and client engagement.
We may also consider splitting the role into two positions for those who would prefer to focus solely on either training or content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging end user Microsoft 365 training sessions to clients (in-person and online).
- Produce clear, user-friendly guides and training materials to support learners.
- Create content for social media posts and company newsletters to share insights and promote our services.
- Attend client meetings to understand their needs and scope out training requirements.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure training programs align with client goals and brand standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to write and design content that is clear, engaging, and visually appealing.
- Confidence in client-facing situations, with the ability to listen, advise, and tailor solutions.
- Creativity and initiative to contribute to newsletters and social media campaigns.
