She has a strong background in all aspects of the training lifecycle and brings over 20 years’ experience of design and delivery in the training industry.

She specialises in the Microsoft 365 suite and enjoys the challenge of keeping up to date with Microsoft 365 applications.

She is personable, approachable and committed to ensuring delegates are comfortable and relaxed in the learning environment. She ensures training is enjoyable, easy to follow and technical concepts are explained in clear succinct terms.

Beyond the training room, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and friends, loves the outdoors and is partial to a bit of retro interior design!
