Experienced in all aspects of the training life cycle, from meeting with clients to determine the business need; defining and conducting a training needs analysis; designing, delivering and evaluating the training, and providing methods of follow up such as floor walking and help desk support.
She teaches a broad range of subjects from Microsoft Office, Project, SharePoint and the Adobe Creative Suite.
