The new Files App in Teams has arrived for us this morning! A BIG improvement to the way we can locate and collaborate on files that are relevant to us without having to leave MS Teams.
- Do you want to share a OneDrive file with a colleague?
- Find a file shared with you?
- Get quick access to a SharePoint Document Library?
Click Files on the Teams sidebar and explore the new layout:
- Home: Your recently accessed files across Microsoft 365.
- My files: Your OneDrive files and folders.
- Shared: Find files shared with you/by you across M365.
- Downloads: Files downloaded from Teams on your computer.
- Quick Access: Pin Document Libraries or Team files.
