Serena looks after our Administration team and is a dedicated, approachable professional who is passionate about training and helping people to achieve their goals.

Through hard work, great time management skills and a passion to provide excellent customer service, our Administration team is often commended for their outstanding performance.

Heading up the Administration team, Serena has a busy role working with clients to discuss specific training needs and then providing all the necessary support in getting training scheduled in.

Outside of work you can find Serena rallying around after her 3 boys and enjoying walks in Woburn forest with their 2 dogs.
