Module 4: Microsoft 365 Copilot for Content Creation

This practical session introduces Microsoft 365 Copilot as a tool for creating, refining and repurposing business content across Microsoft 365. Through a connected business scenario, participants will use the Copilot Premium experience in OneDrive, Word and PowerPoint to review information, create documents and develop presentations.

The session also highlights the importance of validating AI-generated content and incorporates tips for effective prompts. This is a trainer-led session combining demonstration, guided discussion and hands-on practice.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Summarise and compare information from multiple files.
• Create business documents in Word from existing sources.
• Refine and improve content using editing and coaching capabilities.
• Use Copilot to support document review and collaboration.
• Create professional presentations from existing content.
• Improve presentation content, structure and visuals.
• Apply responsible AI practices when creating and reviewing content.

Participants should have access to a Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium licence and have basic familiarity with OneDrive, Word and PowerPoint. No prior knowledge of Microsoft Copilot is required although a basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompting would be beneficial.
