By the end of this session, attendees will be able to describe how to create custom agents based on templates or websites, manage agents within the Copilot Chat environment, and explore various types of agents available in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. The session will include practical walkthroughs, allowing delegates to try out the features and understand the future potential of these agents. .

Attendees should have attended modules 1 and 2 or be familiar with the basics of Generative AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat.
