An Introduction to Copilot for Microsoft 365 Training Course

What will I learn?

This 2-hour demonstration session follows on from session 1 and you will learn how to use Microsoft Copilot to:

Interact with your email, calendar, chats and meetings
Summarise documents, presentations & meetings
Analyse and explain documents
Create content within documents & presentations
Analyse data in spreadsheets
Prepare for meetings
Create new content based on existing files

This session will also focus on the art of a good “prompt”, exploring the use of questions and images to instruct Microsoft Copilot effectively.

Finally, we will look at how to avoid common AI mistakes, how to work safely with sensitive information and the importance of verifying information sources.
We suggest that this session be combined with session 1 to make a half day workshop.
