Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine is a higher education institution with degree awarding powers and a registered charity.
Established in 1898, it was the first institution in the world dedicated to research and teaching in tropical medicine.
Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine discussed their requirement for PowerBI training to be delivered by us, in house for a group of 10 people.
After detailing their requirements for the course, a call was scheduled with LSTM and Martyn Hale, TrainingU’s Power BI Specialist to ensure that the training course would deliver all of the company’s requirements and expectations. They requested support from their in house IT department on this call which they found beneficial.
Martyn was able to discuss the requirements at a level that suited everyone, adjusting to LSTM’s levels of technical expertise.

The course was delivered professionally and the trainer adapted throughout the 2 days to adjust for individuals needs, whilst still ensuring the key objectives of the course were being delivered.
TrainingU’s trainer Martyn was very personable and was approachable to answer all questions.
He also spent extra time at the end of each day with individuals that had specific questions not covered and went as far as looking at a couple of reports we are already working with to give some advice and guidance.
