Full Course Details

This course aims to provide attendees with the skills and confidence to write effective business reports. It is designed for those who produce reports as part of their role but need practical guidance on structure, clarity, and impact.

By the end of this course, delegates will understand the purpose and key functions of business reports and apply a proven five-step writing process. They will develop the skills to create clear, structured, and engaging content, and learn how visuals can enhance clarity and impact. Participants will also plan a concise mini report based on a brief relevant to their work.

NOTE: This course does not cover the technical aspects of how to create and format reports using Microsoft Word.

Delegates should bring a company relevant brief for a report they will shortly write, or will be expected to write, in the future.
