This session is designed to introduce Microsoft 365 Copilot, with a focus on building confidence in using Copilot Chat to support day-to-day workflows. Participants will explore, in clear and practical terms, what Copilot is and how it works. Through guided, hands-on activities using relatable workplace scenarios, attendees will learn how to interact effectively with Copilot, improve the quality of its outputs, and apply it safely and responsibly.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe Microsoft 365 Copilot and how it supports workplace productivity
  • Understand key differences between Copilot Basic vs Premium experience
  • Interact confidently with Copilot using natural language
  • Understand the key ingredients of a good prompt
  • Use Copilot to draft, summarise, analyse, compare and refine content
  • Apply safe and responsible practices when using Copilot at work

No prior AI experience is required. Participants should be comfortable using a computer and be able to use a web browser.
