Joanna is a creative and highly organised Marketing & Administrative Assistant who plays a key role in supporting both our marketing and training operations.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, she helps ensure that every client journey runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to post-course feedback.
Working closely with Nicola and Serena, Joanna is responsible for a wide range of activities, including promoting training courses, creating engaging marketing content, supporting day-to-day administration, and gathering valuable client insights.
Through her creativity, dedication and strong organisational skills, Joanna helps raise brand awareness, support business growth and maintain the high level of service our clients have come to expect.
Outside of work, Joanna enjoys walking her dog, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with her family, including her two teenage children.
