We will all likely have strategies that help us when things get tough – but many of these may no longer work for us, or perhaps we have been on auto pilot and forgotten what actually helps.

This event is an opportunity to press the pause button and explore:

  • stressors, your unique warning signs that signal you are not at your best
  • techniques / strategies to minimise the effect of stressful situations on your mental, emotional and physical health.
  • the helpful / unhelpful habits you may have formed
  • ways that you can continue to support your own wellbeing, feel good and function effectively.

I think we can agree that our levels of wellbeing have been severely impacted over the last few years. Although the widespread panic of the Covid-19 pandemic has largely settled, 2023 is keeping most workers in anxiety-laden situations. Data from a 2023 report by HR software company Workhuman shows the cost-of-living crisis is causing 84% of UK workers stress and anxiety.

The numbers in this workshop are kept at 15 to support open, honest and meaningful conversations in small breakouts and the main group.
