This session focuses on practical prompting techniques within the Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat experience to get better results from Copilot in day-to-day work. Through live demonstrations using relatable workplace scenarios, attendees will explore effective prompting tips and approaches to help produce more accurate, relevant and useful outputs.

By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:

  • Apply practical prompting techniques to improve Copilot responses
  • Shape outputs for different audiences, formats and business needs
  • Use Copilot more confidently as a collaborative thinking partner
  • Use Copilot to refine, critique, and enhance their own work
  • Apply responsible AI usage habits

Attendees should have attended Module 1 or be familiar with the basics of generative AI tools.

Note: The techniques introduced in this session can be applied in both Microsoft 365 Copilot Basic and Premium experiences, but live demos will be delivered from Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat.
