Full Course Details

This practical session follows on from Module 1 and aims to provide attendees with further techniques to maximise the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat through realistic workplace scenarios.

By the end of this session, attendees will be able to describe the benefits of Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat including prompting techniques, how to avoid common AI mistakes, work safely with sensitive information and verify information sources.

Attendees should have attended Module 1 or be familiar with the basics of any generative AI tool.

Note: This session focuses on the Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat experience included at no additional cost with Business and Enterprise licensing. This is a combination of presentation and demonstration. A handout including the steps shown in the demonstration is available for free practice after the session.
