Full Course Details

This session introduces AI-driven agents and provides an overview of how they can be used to retrieve information, automate tasks and enhance productivity across Microsoft 365.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Explain what Copilot agents are and identify appropriate business use cases.
  • Discover, add, pin and remove agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat.
  • Create simple custom agents using descriptions, templates, websites, SharePoint sites and documents*.
  • Manage agents by updating, sharing and deleting them.

This is a trainer-led session that combines demonstration, guided discussion and hands-on practice.

Participants should have completed Copilot Modules 1 and 2 or have a basic understanding of Generative AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Participants will need access to Microsoft Copilot Chat using their work account.

NOTE: Agent functionality varies depending on Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing, administrator settings, organisational policies, and the data sources used. Some activities demonstrated during the session may not be available to participants without the Copilot Premium licence.
