Full Course Details

Our Essential Management Skills course is designed for those newly appointed to a management role who wish to manage individuals effectively or those who have been in their role for a short time and wish to build upon their skills.

This workshop will equip line managers with the essential skills and knowledge in order to transition and succeed in their role

Attendees will:

  • Gain a deeper insight and awareness into their own management style, strengths and areas to develop as a line manager.
  • Explore and practice the skills & behaviours needed to be a successful manager – to themselves, their team and the business – including feedback, coaching and delegation.

Pre-course work will be provided as part of your joining instructions and will consist of completing 1 short questionnaire, reflective questions and an article to read.
