Wenta is a social enterprise that provides a ‘one-stop-shop’ for business support. They help businesses with everything from start-up advice, mentoring and training to workspace, meeting rooms and virtual offices. They also run tailored training programmes for education providers and organisations.

Instilling Confidence

As part of their commitment to delivering ongoing training and development to their employees, Wenta decided to run a series of in-house sessions on the use of Office 365, in particular OneDrive and Outlook.

They wanted to ensure that all employees would feel confident in their day to day tasks.

TrainingU were recommended to Nicola Morris, part of the HR team at Wenta, as a reputable training provider that were able to help create a bespoke learning programme to be delivered to their 40 + employees.

We worked with Nicola on a consultative basis in order to discover their exact requirements and find out what the Company wanted to achieve from the training.

In order to build the structure of the training, multiple pre-course calls were arranged with Nicola and our training facilitator and as a result a 3-day bespoke training programme split into 6 half day sessions was created.

Employees were given a choice of which session they attended and the final session was exclusively reserved for their ‘super-users’.
