Nicola Dolan, Director of Training UNicola Dolan - Managing Director

Nicola is an IITT-TAP Certified trainer with a MOS Master Certification. She has over 15 years’ experience in IT training – almost half of which as a training department leader. She founded Training U to offer clients a more flexible and affordable training solution and quickly succeeded in attracting a wealth of training talent in the London and Home Counties region.

Alexandra Amos - Associate Trainer

Being a Trainer for over 20 years, Alexandra brings a wealth of experience to the company. Specialising in both IT and Soft Skills training makes Alexandra a highly effective trainer, business coach and consultant. Alexandra’s qualifications include Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), City and Guilds Trainer/Assessor Award and NVQ Assessor.

Alison Booth - Associate Trainer

Alison is an IITT-TAP Certified IT trainer and MOS Master Certification holder with over 11 years’ experience. She delivers training in Microsoft Office applications, including Access and Project as well as Oracle, SAP HR and Lotus Notes. She is also extremely experienced in the development of bespoke training course material.

Amanda Downes - Associate Trainer

Amanda is a Microsoft assessed trainer with over 20 years of experience in IT training. She has delivered a variety of courses including Microsoft Office as well as Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project. Amanda has experience with PC Support and working on IT Help Desks which has given her invaluable experience with solving day-to-day software problems.

Andie Mills - Associate Trainer

Andie is an Official Microsoft Certified Applications Specialist Instructor (MCAS) and holds the Institute of Learning Management Train the Trainer Master Class Award. Andie is a highly motivated trainer, with a passion for helping people learn new skills. She specialises in training in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Dee Walters - Associate Trainer

Dee is a IITT-TAP and TPMA certified IT Trainer, an Associate Member of the Institute of IT Training and a Microsoft Office Specialist with over 12 years training experience in both the Public and Private sectors. He delivers training in Microsoft Office applications, including Visio and Project. He is also experienced in developing and delivering bespoke training courses, both in Microsoft and Electronic Document Management Systems.

Diane Moulster - Associate Trainer

Diane is a Senior Associate of the Institute of IT Training and has been an IT Trainer for 9 years, specialising in training the Microsoft Desktop Applications. Diane also has experience with PC Support and working on IT Help Desks which has given her invaluable experience with solving day-to-day software problems. Diane has also received recognition in the UK’s only customer nominated scheme, the WoW Awards, for outstanding customer service.

Kevin Tarry - Associate Trainer

Kevin has been an IT trainer for over 13 years and was one of the first trainers in the UK to pass the Institute of IT Training’s TAP assessment. His unique training style puts delegates at ease and ensures that the learning experience is effective and enjoyable. He delivers training courses in all Microsoft Office applications. He also develops bespoke database systems.

Nicola Coles - Associate Trainer

Nicola is an Official Microsoft Certified Applications Specialist Instructor (MCAS) and holds the Institute of Learning Management Train the Trainer Master Class Award. Nicola’s experience spans 14 years, during which she has delivered training courses in Microsoft Office, Desktop Publishing and Touch Typing. 

Paul Wherly - Associate Trainer

Paul is an IITT-TAP Certified IT trainer in addition to being an Excel and Access VBA developer. His experience spans 11 years, during which he has delivered training courses in Microsoft Office as well as Visio, Excel VBA and Access VBA.

Richard Moore - Associate Trainer

Richard is a qualified teacher and has 22 years’ experience of training in the field of Information Technology. Richard has trained on a variety of software packages but specialises in word processing, spreadsheets and graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Shelley Fishel - Associate Trainer

Shelley is an IITT-LFT Certified IT trainer and MOS Master Certification holder. With over 10 years’ experience as an IT trainer, she delivers a wide range of courses that include Microsoft Office, Project, Filemaker Pro and Office for the MAC. She also works on-site with clients, managing projects for various rollouts. Her flexible approach and in-depth knowledge of the applications ensures excellent feedback from all her courses.

Toby Dussek - Associate Trainer

With a solid background in education and technology, Toby is an Adobe Certified Instructor who delivers web development, programming and design training to advanced level – specialising in Flex, Flash Actionscript, Dreamweaver, Web Databases, Photoshop and other high-end courses. He trains people to solve problems and to ‘own the solution’. His wealth of real-life experience makes for lively and responsive courses that genuinely meet the needs of businesses.
